Visual Arts
Visual Arts lessons are conducted in a dedicated Visual Arts Room which is fully equipped with ample storage, bench space, wor tops for children and a wet area.
In 2020, Prep students will have a 40 minute Visual Arts lesson each week, while other classes will have an 80 minute class every fortnight.
The Visual Arts program covers: Printmaking, Painting, 2D & 3D Construction, Sculpture, Threads and Textiles, and Drawing.
A Visual Arts Exhibitions is held every two years. This allows our students to showcase their artistic talents as well as respond and explore the art works of others.
The Visual Arts program also incorporates projects that will be displayed outside in the school garden and playground area.
